With over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, I am constantly increasing my knowledge of the business of selling and building homes. I started with a single rental property while I was still serving in the United States Army, after leaving the service I earned my sales license in 1996 and Brokers License in 2000. I Graduated from Clarion University in 1998 with a Business Administration degree in Real Estate and Marketing. With this background I have learned the blessings of God, attention to detail, and customer support are the keys to success in the industry.

Since 2005, I started creating my real estate portfolio. I have owned & managed two rental properties, & have owned & operated a cabin rental business in around the Clear Creek State Park area. In 2008, I purchased my first commercial property & opened a restaurant & six pack shop in Sigel. Currently I am seeking to open a new business in Clarion County and purchase more properties to renovate. My extensive knowledge from all sides of real estate and with building/electrical construction will better help my clients and customers make sound decisions when purchasing or listing properties. My passion is helping my clients start new business', purchase existing ones & create investment real estate portfolios. I acquired my Certificate to be a Negotiation expert so I could better assist my first time home buyers. Having integrity, being punctual & having diligence will also be an asset to my clients. In my off time, I enjoy spending time with my many animal children, mountain biking, landscaping, cooking & renovating local properties.
