Company History2000 In May of 2000, Bill Henry and Brian Burford had an idea…they wanted to offer consumers “something different” in the world of Real Estate. Low-pressure sales, knowledgeable salespeople and customer satisfaction would be what their company was founded on. By June 2000 Burford & Henry Real Estate Services was open for business on the Clarion river hill and in a few short years became the #1 Real Estate business in transactions closed for Clarion County. 2001 In April of 2001 Burford & Henry Real Estate Services went online with our website to keep up with the changing real estate market. 2003 In March of 2003 Burford & Henry Real Estate Services assisted in one of the largest transactions in Clarion county; the sale of over 32,000 acres for Plum Creek properties. May of 2003 changed the sign colors to red and white, what is currently known throughout the area September 2003 started our rental management division. We supply services to landlords from leasing of properties to full service hands off management. 2004 We achieved #1 for transaction sides closed in Clarion County. 2005 Appreciating our success, Burford & Henry Real estate Services established an in-house charity account benefiting the local community. A portion of every commission from sales is contributed to this account. To date, Burford & Henry Real Estate Services has given over $50,000 to local charities and families in need. In June of 2005 we celebrated 5 years of success in the community. We achieved #1 for transaction sides closed in Clarion County 2006 #1 for transaction sides and dollars closed in Clarion County With Burford & Henry Real estate Services commitment to our clients and the community we purchased a trailer for our client's to use free of charge to move and nonprofit groups to use as a concession stand, moving or other needs. Established a second location with an office in Tionesta to serve Forest County and all points north. 2007 #1 for transaction sides and dollars closed in Clarion County 2008 #1 for transaction sides and dollars closed in Clarion County for third consecutive year. Burford & Henry Real Estate Services is named Clarion Area Chamber Business of the year in the community service division. 2009 #1 for transaction sides and dollars closed in Clarion County for fourth consecutive year. Continued serving the community as a drop off location for Food stock.
